T-Fligth/Cn is a machine that provides for an "independent-autonomous" use, with the possibility of feeding and unloading the panels on the same side or, on the contrary, choosing the "through cycle" where the panel, once worked, is transferred to the exit of the machine.
This allows the operator to manually unload the worked board, applying it to the successive phases of the manufacturing process, such as: the assembly of the fittings, the assembly of the furniture or its packaging.
It also meets the needs of those who have little space, because it is compact in its dimensions, but without limiting the ability to work even long pieces.
For this purpose the support and sliding planes of the T-Flight/Cn compared to the machines of the competition are wider, to guarantee a better, safer and simple loading and unloading action of the parts.
T-Fligth/Cn, opportunely programmed, performs vertical top holes, horizontal holes on four sides, linear regattas and interpolated milling, on panels with a minimum length of 300 mm and a maximum "infinity" thanks to the cyclical feature of "panel recovery" which automatically recovers after a useful "stroke" of 1800 mm; maximum width of 900 mm and minimum of 120 mm; maximum thickness of 50 mm and minimum of 12 mm.
The machine bed consists of an electro-welded steel structure.
The exclusive patented system, consisting of a suction cup that moves quickly on the linear guides, is used to grip and advance the board lengthwise
Independent management of the 4 axes with optimized drilling cycle
X axis - Controls the movement and positioning of the board coordinated with the X axis by means of "suction cup".
Y axis - Controls the movement and positioning of the Y-axis coordinated spindle
Z axis - Controls the movement of the tools coordinated with the Z axis.
W-axis - Controls the movement and positioning of the "side-aligner".
As far as the T-Fligth/Cn drilling unit is concerned, it has a vertical head configured in "T" with 9+9 independent drills that uses an exclusive patented expansion system for selection-selection that guarantees a fast selection and a constant advance of the drill during the "mechanical" drilling phases.
This exclusive system of selection and movement of the drills gives us an advantage and distinguishes us from the competition.
In the "standard" configuration, the 18 independent drills are configured as follows
- 8 Independent vertical drills at 32 mm interaxis, arranged along the Y axis.
- 1 Head for horizontal drilling on the head and tail sides of the board, with double exit in X direction.
- 8 Independent vertical drills at 32 mm centres, arranged along the X axis
- 1 Head for horizontal drilling on the longitudinal sides of the board, with double exit in Y direction.
A series of aggregates are available and applicable in the T-Fligth/Cn, such as a head for horizontal drilling, groups with independent motors such as the saw for making regattas in the X coordinate of the board, and a vertical pantograph with power up to 5,5 Kw.
The machine is characterized by a patented "self-aligning" vacuum system, completely innovative, used for blocking and moving along the X axis of the board to be worked on.
Work plan - composition:
- Manual loading/unloading table with linear supports equipped with plastic rollers
- Reference table inside the machine made up of rectified rollers covered with PVC.
- Manual unloading table with linear supports equipped with plastic rollers.
Lateral guide of the board with automatic closing and opening movement.
- Vertical pneumatic press directly integrated in the operating head.
- Light indication of stop/lock of the board and start of work.
- Possibility of unlocking the board in case of positioning error.
Particularly appreciated by the users is the system of reading the zero point of the board that is obtained with the use of a laser sensor capable of reading on the head and tail sides of the board.
This makes it possible to distribute any tolerance or dimensional error of each worked part
T-Fligth/Cn features the new Compact-five numerical control combined with a PC and Windows-10 operating system.
For the management and programming of the machine by the operator, the Edi32 software is used, a powerful editor with "userfrendley" features based on the use of icons and graphic aids that simplify its use and interpretation.
The T-Flight/Cn programming system provides the possibility of renaming both "individual" programs and "work lists", simply by selecting them from the automatic table or, when required, by reading labels containing specific "bar codes".
