The vertical top/bottom "point-to-point" drilling machine with longitudinal feed and through movement of the board, model Vector/Cn, is a machine with zero set-up times, fast and precise, configured to meet the production requirements of medium and large furniture manufacturers who need an advanced technological solution that is reliable and extremely flexible in use.
The machines of the VECTOR/Cn class are fast and precise in the upper/lower vertical "point-to-point" drilling, with insertion and longitudinal translation of the board, they can be used both "independently" and integrated in a "production line".
Available in versions with one or two drilling heads, characterized by a patented "self-centering suction cup" system for the movement of the workpieces, completely innovative for the blocking, the gripping and the movement along the X axis of the board to be worked.
Particularly appreciated by the users is the system of reading the zero point of the board which is obtained with the use of a laser sensor capable of reading the head and tail sides of the board. This makes it possible to distribute any tolerance and dimensional errors of each panel to be worked on.

The VECTOR/Cn drilling heads are composed of a series of vertical and horizontal drills all independent, arranged at a multiple interaxis of 32 mm. An exclusive "patented" expansion system is used for selection-selection work, which also guarantees rapid selection-selection and solid mechanical feed of the drill during all drilling phases, controlled by the kinematic movements of the Z axis with screw and nut with recirculating balls. This system of selection and movement of the drills gives us an advantage and distinguishes us from the competition.
